Cancellation and Refund:
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or offer refunds for any orders placed. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns and Exchanges:
Given the nature of our limited collections and to maintain their exclusivity, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless the received item is defective.
Defective Product:
If you receive a defective item, promptly contact our customer service team at exchanges@hiyest.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Provide detailed images or a description of the defect for immediate assistance.
Non-Acceptance of Returns:
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Products have been used or exhibit signs of damage.
- The request for a return or exchange is made beyond 5 days of receiving the item.
- Different items being sent.
Exchange Guidelines:
Exchanges are limited to confirmed defective products from our collections. If your item is eligible, we’ll walk you through the exchange process, dependent on availability and the potential issuance of store credit.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll issue a store credit. Please be aware that this credit may have deductions for restocking or shipping fees from the total amount.
Store Credit
In the event of an approved exchange for a defective item, the return will be credited as store credit only. This credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any applicable shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from the credited amount.
